It is our hope that you love your Sova essentials. Not the perfect fit? For a simple return for domestic orders, please feel free to shoot us an email at support@sleepsova.com
How does the 100 day guarantee work?
We will offer a full refund or exchange on any defective product. We will refund up to 1 sheet set and 1 pillowcase set per customer under the guarantee excluding defective products.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, just shoot us an email at support@sleepsova.com with your order number and reason for returning
What can I exchange?
We will gladly exchange any mis-ordered sizes.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. If you experience an issue or error, we want to make it right. Please contact our care team at support@sleepsova.com with a photo, written description of the issue and your order number. We’re more than happy to replace any goods that are deemed to be faulty.
Issues with delivery?
Typically, postal carriers are best suited to support delivery issues. Where needed, our team is also here to help. You can contact us at support@sleepsova.com
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original source of payment, excluding any applicable delivery fees. Please allow up to two weeks from warehouse receipt for returns to be processed.
What happens to my returned products?
We believe in giving used products a second life. All used and faulty returns are donated to local charities or animal shelters.

We are so confident that you will love The One Sheet that we are willing to let you try it for 100 days, risk free. Don't like it? We will buy it back from you!
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sleepsova.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please contact us before making any returns. The 100-day guarantee must be used within 100 days of the delivery date. The guarantee can only be used on up to 1 sheet set and 1 pillowcase set except in cases with multiple defective products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
